Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Deadeye is a mobile game (iPhone only) developed by Triple Up ("we", "us", "our"). Deadeye is a Western sharpshooter arcade game where an object (a coin, bottle, or can) is tossed into the air and you tap to shoot it back up, keeping it airborne as long as you can; your hit count competes on per-difficulty global leaderboards. You can reach us at tripleup.dev@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Deadeye processes the following information solely to provide its features:
- If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google to back up and sync your progress, the name and email address associated with that account are collected to identify your account (with Apple you can hide your email via Apple's private relay). Signing in is optional — you can play without it.
- Advertising identifier and related device/usage signals collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads (handled by the third-party ad service). On iOS the ad SDK requests App Tracking Transparency consent; if you decline, non-personalized ads are served.
- Anonymous usage analytics via Google Firebase (Analytics): app/session events, key in-game events, device and app info, and an installation identifier.
- Crash and diagnostic reports via Google Firebase (Crashlytics): crash logs, device state, and non-fatal diagnostics.
- Leaderboard entries stored in Google Firebase to show global rankings: a nickname, your score/record, a country code derived from your device locale (not GPS or precise location), and the achievement time.
- Game progress — best scores/records, settings, and any Remove-Ads entitlement — stored on-device and mirrored to Google Firebase under an anonymous account ID (or a linked Apple/Google account) so it syncs across your devices.
3. How your data is stored
All game progress — best scores/records, settings, and the Remove-Ads flag — is stored on-device and mirrored to Google Firebase under an anonymous account ID (or a linked Apple/Google account, if you sign in) so it syncs across your devices. Leaderboard entries (nickname, score, a country code from the device locale, and record time) are stored in Google Firebase for global rankings. Firebase also records anonymous app-usage events, crash reports, and an installation identifier. Google AdMob serves ads (removable via a one-time in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play).
4. Third parties & advertising
Deadeye shows advertising and uses analytics. The following third parties may receive data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob
- Google Firebase
- Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In (optional account sign-in)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchase billing)
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Children's privacy
Deadeye is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
